This meditation can be done laying down or seated. Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. You may want to cover up with a blanket and place a pillow under your head, if lying down, and maybe even a eye pillow to cover your eyes. This meditation with support you in finding ease in your body and mind, and how to tap into that anytime, anywhere.
